The polygonal data has been extracted from the GISCO database [CNTR_2020] maintained by Eurostat (European Commission). The service contains the location of the World countries. The country is represented in its real shape with a polygon and with a point. In the attribute tables, the country name, the country name in English and the country ID and country ISO3 code are provided. The points are classified in the Region they belong (Continent). <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

GISCO manages a database of geographical information and provides related services to the Commission.
