This Green Background Landscape is a natural asset in its own as well as an important component (with rivers) of the connectivity between areas of high ecological interest. \n\nGBLI is mapped from a selection of CLC classes (see annex 1) smoothed in order to compute their value in their neighbourhood (CORILIS).
