This WMS shows the the results of a spatial analysis of the extent to which areas where CAP greening measures are allocated coincide with the areas where major pressures on agro-ecosystems have been happening during the period 2005-2012.\n\nClarification of terminology:\nCAP: Common Agricultural Policy.\nEFA: Ecological Focus Area.\nForest Exemption Rule: farmers are exempt from greening measures in NUTS3 regions with high shares of forest area.\n<15ha EFA per holding or no CAP: NUTS3 regions where the average Utilised Agricultural Area (excl. Permanent Grassland) is <15 ha in which it is assumed that most farms do not have to comply with the EFA measure. |
